🛍️ Shopping & Orders

Q: What products do you sell?
A: We offer a wide range of stationery items, including stickers, notebooks, pens, labels, and other creative paper goods — perfect for journaling, organising, and gifting. 

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse products in the Catalog, click Add to Cart, and proceed to checkout when you’re ready. You can review your cart at any time before completing your purchase.

Q: Do I need an account to shop?
A: No — but creating an account lets you track past orders and check out faster next time. You can also checkout as a guest. 

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s placed?
A: Orders are processed quickly — if you need to change or cancel something, please contact us immediately via the Contact page or email us.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payment options supported by Shopify (e.g. Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.). 

Q: Is my payment secure?
A: Yes — all transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Shopify’s payment system.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We currently ship within the United Kingdom and internationally. 

Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Shipping times vary by location and service selected at checkout. Estimated delivery details will be shown at checkout. 

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes — once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s journey.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you. 
For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error was on our side.

Q: How do I request a return or exchange?
A: Email us at bunkoink@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue, and we’ll guide you through the process.


📦 Orders & Account Help

Q: I forgot to use my discount code — can it be added later?
A: Discount codes must be applied at checkout. We cannot add them after an order has been placed, but contact us if you have questions!

Q: How can I view my past orders?
A: Log in to your account and navigate to Orders. You’ll see your order history there.


🎁 Gift Options

Q: Can I include a gift message with my order?
A: Yes — during checkout, use the Order Notes or Gift Message field to add your message.
