We currently ship to the following regions:

United Kingdom (Domestic)
Europe
North America
Asia-Pacific
Selected International Destinations

2. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the following business day.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

United Kingdom

Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Europe

International: 5–10 business days

Rest of World

International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, carrier issues, or external factors.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions – these will be clearly stated on our site or via email.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes charged by their country. Bunko Ink is not liable for these additional costs or delays due to customs processing.

6. Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking. Once your parcel ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the carrier's website.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame:

Check your tracking information.
Contact your local courier or customs office.

We consider packages lost if they haven’t arrived within 30 business days from the dispatch date (or 15 days for UK orders).

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. Bunko Ink is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Items

If your order contains pre-order or custom-made items, the estimated dispatch time will be clearly indicated on the product page. These items may delay your entire order.
